More firsts!

Well, we took Brooke Elizabeth to the GREAT State Fair of Texas yesterday for her first time! Upon arrival, she began smiling and laughing out loud! She finally got to meet and spend some time with our dear friend, Rose, we then went to the petting zoo, followed by the Embarcadero bldg, to cool off,...then to her first Corny Dog (she loved the "dog", not the "corny" so much!) We played games, and rode the Merry-go-Round, and took in the fun sights! Unfortunately, grandmommy and grandaddy had to leave early, and since it was so stifling hot, we just might take her back another day for some more (cooler) fun!
